Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy aims to help people understand their experiences, emotions, and behaviors by examining their life story and identifying the dominant themes and patterns and empowers individuals to re-author their story and create new meanings and possibilities for their lives

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy

CBT is focuses on identifying and challenging negative thoughts, developing coping strategies, and modifying behavioral patterns to improve overall emotional well-being.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy uses use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychoanalytic, and experiential techniques to help address issues such as low libido, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse, and intimacy issues.

Internal Family Systems

People have multiple internal "parts" that have their own beliefs, emotions, and motivations and aims to help individuals identify and understand their different parts, and promote harmony among them. Individuals can improve their self-awareness, manage emotional responses, and build a sense of inner balance and peace.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
